Our Story
Once upon a time, in a lively town, a colorful food truck named El Camino was known for its mouthwatering Tex-Mex dishes, drew crowds with their freshly made burritos, tacos and zesty guacamole, serving up smiles at the local farmers' markets.
One day, after a particularly busy weekend, they faced the tough decision that El Camino could no longer hit the road. Instead of feeling defeated, this was a signal to pivot and pursue a dream of opening a restaurant. Inspired by a local restaurateur’s encouragement, they dove headfirst into planning.
After months of hard work and community support, they transformed a charming space into Fresh Mex. The grand opening was a fiesta, filled with familiar faces eager to enjoy an expanded menu of sizzling fajitas and vibrant tacos with amazing salsas.
